Episode 22. Round 2

Yesterday I decided that 21 days of consistency was not enough for me to feel a significant difference in my discipline. So I’ve decided to do another 21 days of working out 6 days a week.

Today, in the interest of time, I decided to do Megan Trainer dance cardio workout and a Zumba inspired kids workout totaling 10/11 mins.

Day 22 ✅
