Well…let’s just say the hulk is in good company. I am finding legs and glutes to be the most difficult part of my workout and if you look over my past several entries you’ll notice a pattern. Lots of arms, some abs, very little legs and glutes.
So I think I’ll make a real effort to add that to my workout in the coming days.
