Today was a lovely day and I am noticeably more gentle on myself. I have to make the distinction that gentle doesn’t equate to making excuses; for me, it’s more about listening to my body and responding without judgment. So today I decided to take time to dig deeper into my yoga practice and meditate. It was really nice to listen to my body. I really felt lighter and more clear in my mind after I finished. There are some really great yoga options on YouTube and Yoga with Adriene really has a diverse collection of routines, so she’s my fav right now.
