I just finished my Saturday Workout and although it’s technically Sunday now I started before midnight so 💯💯 for day 10.
Because I was cutting it so close I decided to just do 15 mins instead of the full, 30 and I can see a little excuses wanting to show themselves, So I know that I’ll need to make my morning workout really count!
Also, side note I did my workout in the mirror and I really felt so much more effective! I could see my lines and where I need to correct and am honestly just connecting to it differently than I did before. So I want to dedicate a special shoutout to my bathroom mirror who held me down during my 11th hour Saturday Workout…you’re the real MVP.
