Today I had the opportunity to discuss the future of public health with true innovators and it was awesome! My day started early, around 5 and ended today around 10:36. Because of the activities of the day I really didn’t get much done by way of my workout But I did something, which is better than nothing.
I plan to blog about my experience eventually. But until then I’ll stick with my journey to wellness and celebrate the fact that while I didn’t do a full 30 mins, I did complete 8 min abs (when I really just wanted to sleep) + I plan to wake up in the morning with the mind set on allowing myself the space and grace to try to be better tomorrow.
