Episode 4. Rest is a part of the program. 


I woke up today wanting work out. And I struggled with if it was a negative thing to not work out for fear that I might lose momentum. But I decided that since my ultimate goal is to alter my lifestyle it was better for me to rest as opposed to push myself. At this point I don’t plan my blog title or content ahead of time and I write as inspiration hits. With this being said I wonder if there’s meaning behind the fact that I want to work out on my rest days but not any other day of the week?
