I feel like crap
I went out with friends after work and woke up with a killer headache and now I’m trying to figure out what to do. I mean it’s day 2 for Pete’s sake I can’t be wimping out this early in the game. Right?!
Thankfully, I just remember that there is a yogi on YouTube who has all sorts of sequences. So today I will do Yoga for Hangovers! And if I feel better in the afternoon I’ll take a 15 min walk during my break.
